From a medical perspective the past two decades have seen an explosion of knowledge about how experience shapes the brain and the formation of the environments we inhabit. The automated ways of our being are represented by each individual part of our brain and our ability to identify where it rests. As each part interacts or mixes with the natural elements of the world and the anatomy of our bodies, we are awakened to the meshing of our neural nets to create a stronger connection and more meaning. Join ACH’s Care Team as we work with Out-of-School Time Leaders, Nurses, Researchers, Psychiatrists and Psychologists, to co-design a first of its kind series of online events to examine the caring nature of “The Interconnected Ecosystem” we know as camp.
